MODULE 4 TRAINING in Rosslyn, VA

 

On November 17 and 18, 2008, ASMC will offer a 1 ½ day intensive review of the processes and regulations associated with major system acquisition in the Department of Defense.  The course will help to prepare students to take the optional fourth module of the CDFM examination.  The course will be held at the Rosslyn Holiday Inn at 1900 North Fort Myer Drive Arlington, Virginia.  A few rooms have been set aside at this hotel a rate of $139 per night.  Students requiring rooms must make their own arrangements by calling the hotel at 703 807-2000.  The course will start at about 8 am on each day and will end at about 5 pm on the first day and at about 12:30 pm on the second day.

 

The instructor at the course will be Dr. John Matherne, a former professor at the Defense Acquisition University.  Dr. Matherne currently heads a consulting firm – Matherne and Associates.  He has taught widely for the government and for ASMC and has an excellent reputation as an instructor.

 

The charge for this course is $295.  All instructional materials are included in the cost of the course.  The course charge also includes a continental breakfast on each day, mid-day refreshments, and lunch on day one.  Lunch on day two is not included.

Cancellations are accepted only until November 10 and there is an administrative charge of $45.  There is also a charge of $40 for changing your payment method.  Another person may substitute for you at the class if you wish.

 

On the second day students may choose to take the Module 4 examination at the reduced price of $50 (you save $45).  This will be a paper exam and you will receive your results via e-mail.  Separate payment for the exam will be by credit card or personal check and will be collected during the class.

 

Your confirmation e-mail is your only receipt for payment. If you are using a government purchase card, please forward the e-mail receipt to the cardholder for his or her records.  

 

Your registration constitutes your acceptance of the cancellation and change of payment policies.
